Claudia Zazzarini
Our female chef Claudia is an Italian private chef and pastry chef.
She has more than 10 years experience in intuitive cuisine and nutrition. Last year she launched her new project
‘Armonia_consciousfood’ where she is focused on local, high-quality, healthy and organic recipes that give you the right nutrients and make you feel empowered and beautiful.
Her passion and experience is preparing menus and foods for retreats. She loves to prepare buffets for ceremonies and conscious events
All her food is fresh and made with love Mediterranean and Asian cuisine are absolutely her favourite, so she focuses on that and makes delicious, healthy and fusion recipes.
She is addicted to raw, vegan gluten free and sugar free pastries that you will get to try as snacks and desserts at the women’s leadership retreat.
Our Menu for the Retreat:
Welcome Canapés
- Tacos with black beans and avocado salad
- Cucumber and wakame seaweed salad, sesame oil and sichimi
- Baked red gabbage with coconut cream and lime
- Marinated tofu and papaya tartare
Day 1 Dinner
- Thai green curry with Jazmine rice
- Beetroot salad, goat cheese and nuts
- Vegan chocolate sponge cake with berries
Day 2 Lunch
- Noodle salad with peanuts, coriander, mint, basil and Asian dressing
- Red pepper and tofu paté
- Spinach salad, pear, raspberries dressing
- Cauliflower with indian flavors and vegan fresh cheese
Day 2 Dinner
- Vichyssoise
- Quinoa
- Greek salad
- Raw/vegan, gluten and sugar free carrot cake balls
Day 3 Lunch
- Sunflower seeds paté with black olives
- Falafel, lemon and mint
- Steamed broccoli and gazpacho
- Raw/vegan, gluten and sugar free cheesecake
Day 3 Dinner
- Lentils soup and millet
- Grilled zucchini and carrot, yogurt, mustard and tahini cream, rocket and hazelnuts
- Dates truffle with raspberries and chocolate

Please note that the breakfast will be served each morning and will be provided by the venue, Sa Casa Bona
You will be served a variety of Mediterranean, local products as well as a continental and veggie vegan options for breakfast.
