Our Program
A retreat by women for women
- 4 days, 3 nights in a beautiful, peaceful and authentic finca in Mallorca
- 20-hours interactive leadership training led by Leader, Coach and Author Helena Zikova
- Yoga, breath work, meditation, sound bath session, cacao ceremony, intuitive movement, strength and power training, sharing circle, creativity workshop, release session and more
- An ongoing integration between the leadership learnings, physical and spiritual practice
- Intuitive, healthy, local and organic meals, snacks and beverages
Day 1: Welcome
- Arrive in the afternoon to meet your leadership coach, enjoy local canapés, and connect with fellow participants.
- Dive into the leadership program, key concepts, journaling, and interactive exercises to set individual and team goals. Experience a creativity workshop emphasizing different perspectives, embracing creative expression, and avoiding comparison.
- Conclude the day with a delightful dinner prepared by our retreat chef.
Day 2: Mindset
- After a rejuvenating sound bath, release negativity and embrace positive energy.
- Fuel up with an energizing breakfast before diving into leadership lessons and interactive exercises.
- Day 2's morning program explores future self, visualisation, values alignment, and personal leadership brand.
- Enjoy a break, light lunch, and a chill session with like-minded women.
- The afternoon session focuses on fear to courage transformation, finding purpose as a leader, and overcoming limiting beliefs. End the day with a cacao ceremony, intuitive movement, and meditation. A delicious dinner cooked by our retreat chef awaits in the evening.
Day 3: Actions & People
- Start your day with a hearty local breakfast for energy and positivity, embracing leadership by reconnecting with nature through light gardening and pruning, symbolising letting go.
- Helena guides Day 3's morning lesson on action planning and a pruning plan, followed by a light lunch and break before delving into a 5-hour leadership training, focusing on accountability and a perfectionism detox.
- Conclude the day with a workshop incorporating martial arts techniques to awaken focus, power, strength, vulnerability, and self-trust.
- A delightful meal prepared by our retreat chef awaits in the evening.
Day 4: Present and Implement
- Time to wrap up and create an action plan for your leadership transformation
- Begin the day with breakfast, followed by a women and embodiment practice, emphasizing reflection, sharing, integration processes, journaling, and intuitive drawing.
- Helena provides closing remarks and insights from the leadership program. Share your future plan, goals, and expectations.
- Conclude the retreat with a delicious lunch by our retreat chef and a heartfelt "It's not goodbye, it's a see you again."
